By accessing or using the Bazoom authorization service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bazoom provides a Google OAuth authorization service that allows users to grant limited access to their Google account for the purpose of creating and managing Google Sheets documents. The Service uses Google's drive.file scope, which restricts access to only files created by our application.

3. Limited Access Scope

By using our Service, you understand and agree that:

  • We can only access Google Drive files that our application creates
  • We cannot access your existing files, documents, or personal data
  • We will use your authorization solely for the stated purposes
  • You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when using the Service
  • Maintain the security of your Google account credentials
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to circumvent or disable any security features
  • Not use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Bazoom and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any issues arising from Google's services or changes to Google's APIs.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAZOOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your data
  • Any interruption or cessation of the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bazoom and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by revoking access through your Google Account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bazoom operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
